| RELEASE | | By submitting my information and payment to participate in the 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering, I hereby agree to release all event organizers, venues, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability for the losses, theft, damages or injuries that may occur to my property, person, or guest and/or their property during all sanctioned 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering events. The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering is not responsible for the behavior of those persons who are acting outside of the Code of Conduct, City, State, and/or federal laws. |
| SALES OF GOODS AND BUSINESS PROMOTION | | Any and all commercial activities at all 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering events, and at the Official Hotel is restricted to paid sponsors and their agents only. Commercial activities can be classified as and not restricted to: the buying and selling of performance automotive parts, the selling of one's labor and/or services, promotion of a business via advertisements, fliers, banners, trailers, shop uniforms, etc. Exception to this covenant is the sale of items between individuals who are not selling products for the intent and purpose of making a profit. Non-participants may also be removed from any and all venues if they are observed to be selling products at any and/or all 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering events. Sales of items during the 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering can come under the discretion of the event organizers and their agents and violators of this rule can and will be removed from any and all events. Violators will waive their right to a refund for all monies spent to participate in the 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering. Agreement to this rule is required to participate in any and all events at the 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering. |
| CODE OF CONDUCT: | All participants and guests are expected to act in a manner that reflects positively on the 3000GT/Stealth Community. Participants who violate local, state, and federal law at the hotel, banquet hall, or any official events or venues are subject to removal and will waive any and all monies paid to participate in the National Gathering.
The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering will strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any underage participants who are found to be in the possession of alcohol and any participant in possession of any illegal narcotics and/or contraband..
Individuals in possession of a firearm must have a CCW and must divulge this information to the Committee upon signing in for the event. Any individual in possession of a firearm and found to be indulging in alcohol will be immediately and permanently removed from the event..
Individuals who violate such rules will be asked to leave and will waive all monies spent to participate in the National Gathering. If individuals do not comply they may be subject to removal by local and state law enforcement..
The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering is a private event and is limited to only paid attendees and their paid guests. Violators of the Code of Conduct and other rules may be removed at the discretion of event organizers and their agents. Event organizers may remove any participants or guests from any event, for any reason, without refund. The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering does not issue refunds or credits to participants and guests that are removed from the Event. |
| PAYMENT POLICY | Registrants will be expected to make payment for the events reserved in a timely fashion. Please be aware of these payment deadlines!
On-site registration prices are 20% higher than the listed prices.
ANY REGISTRATIONS THAT ARE UNPAID AT THE TIME OF EACH PAYMENT DEADLINE WILL BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC DELETION. IF REGISTRANT WISHES TO RE-REGISTER, A $20 RE-REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. |

Registrant is required to make payment for the Signup Package portion of their registration prior to May 15, 2011. No additional warnings will be sent, and registration will be subject automatic deletion at 12:01AM EST on May 16, 2011. |

| REFUND POLICY |
- Road course and autocross are RAIN-OR-SHINE events. No refunds due to rain.
- Drag Race cannot be run in the rain. We cannot refund entry fees due to rain. However, the drag strip has been reserved for a second date if needed.
- Signup package and merchandise orders are NOT refundable. Only full payment of registration package will receive a t-shirt. Any transfer of registration or any portion of registration will result in a $15 transfer fee.
- No refunds will be given due to the cancellation of any event, when the cancellation is out of the control of the NG
organizers.
Driving event fees may be canceled at any time with the following fees:

Registrant may cancel before May 1, 2011 and receive a refund of 85% of the Event cost
Cancellations between May 2nd and May 31st will receive a refund of 50% of event cost. |
| No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 12:01 AM EST on June 1, 2011. |

| If you are unable to attend altogether, the items in the Signup Package and
any merchandise ordered will be mailed to you. The organizers reserve the right to charge a fair and reasonable shipping charge for this service (approximately $8 for shipping). |
